CCW is not a tax. It is optional, it is a fee we pay to expedite a process (no 4473 delays). If you don't want to pay for a CCW, you can still buy a new pistol, you just have to wait in line a little.

Rereading through this thread. This is not true. It wasn't optional. Tax/ Fee all the same. Until the law was changed ( Thanks to AZCDL ) we had to get a CCW to carry that way in this State legally ( It's the game that was being played ). Until the laws are change through legislation, we have to play the game.

Why members here keep bashing other members for playing the game ( Their Choice ), that's is presented to us is not helping anybody. We need to have our legislatures change the laws.

I have Stamps and a CCW ( For repriposity in other States ). If anyone here wants to take the torch ( Kenpo and others here ) and be the test subject, I will have your back, contribute to your defence and root for acquittal.

The discussion is about the present, not the past. What is true today was not true yesterday; today we can fly 1000 miles in a short time for little money, 100 years ago that was not true. Things change, times change, laws change.
