IRRC the NewYork Post is owned by Rupert Murdock who also owns Fox so it's no surprise their pro 2nd Amendment.

Having lived on Long Island NY Suffolk County (only republican part of LI) it was the only paper worth reading. The rest of the newspapers were rabid left wingers lead by the NY Daily News (the worst IMO) and the NY Times and Newsday. Escaped to AZ in 1995 the day after I retired from teaching.
