ABC News article say Grosskreutz's CCW permit was expired but nobody is asking why he was illegally carrying his a while acting as a "legal observer for the American Civil Liberties Union" during the protest.

Never, ever underestimate the guy you assume to be “slow”.

You may as a prosecutor find yourself staring down a likely misconduct complaint after the “slow” guy gets on the stand for the defense and drops this bomb during direct questioning. There’s just a chance he’s somewhere on the autism spectrum, likely has an eidetic memory, and is way more intelligent than he sounds.

I am watching Rittenhouse testify on Fox News right now (Wed AM, 11/10), and he is kicking the prosecutor's ass. He has turned out to be a great witness -- and he is only 18. Meanwhile, the judge has stopped the prosecutor twice to ream out the prosecutor for misconduct. He is mad as hell at the guy.

Could Rittenhouse be convicted? Sure, because the prosecutor is harping on Rittenhouse having played Call Of Duty (evidence that he wants to kill everybody in sight), and that he chose an evil semi-automatic AR15 assault weapon that holds thirty rounds of full metal jacket ammunition capable of killing thirty people. Just like the Harold Fish jury was swayed by the evil hollow point ammunition, the Rittenhouse jury could be persuaded that using an AR15 is conclusive proof of homicidal intent.

Judge is fed up with the prosecution

The trial was pretty interesting today. I’m no lawyer or expert in court proceedings but I have a feeling it will be hard to convict Kyle on a lot of things based on how poorly his cross examination went for the prosecution today. I think it went poorly anyways and again I am no expert.

Moderate Democrat and former Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard blamed the police and local government of Kenosha, Wisconsin, for not protecting citizens on the night Kyle Rittenhouse allegedly shot two rioters in self-defense.

In a video posted to Twitter on Wednesday, the former congresswoman indicated that Rittenhouse should probably not have been prosecuted.

“The prosecutor in the Rittenhouse trial clearly didn’t do due diligence before making the decision to prosecute,” said Gabbard. “This tragedy never would have happened if the government carried out its responsibilities to protect the safety, lives and property of innocent people.”

Tulsi is positioning herself as "the voice of reason" in the democrat party and will be offering herself as an alternative to the far left wing of the party in 2024. Since people are disenchanted with the current state of affairs, she is hoping that voters in 2024 will flock to her instead of the Republican party.

The two gents that took Rush's slot were watching live today. One is an attorney. He thought for a second there that the Judge was on the verge of declaring a mistrial. IF I understood things correctly, the Prosecutor was attempting dance around the fact that Kyle embraced his 5th Ammendment right at the outset. Trying to get jurors to reach such a conclusion, without actually revealing the fact. The 5th is an entrenched and respect Right that we have. However, to remain mum is thought to prejudice the jury if they find out about it. All because human nature is like, "Well, IF he'd done nothing wrong, SURELY he would have wanted to TALK about it?" :liar:

Hard to imagine he is not suffering emotionally after what he has been and is going through. Everything about his arrest and persecution is sickening IMO.

“His pause,” Richards said, “was, I believe, because he’s in therapy. I don’t think he has a mental illness or anything. As a result of this incident, he has PTSD."
