There is still a missing person last seen in that area back in the summer and their remains have not been found. Now that we all are taking advantage of the winter temps to get out and go places, there is a higher likelihood someone might trip over him accidentally and solve the mystery.
And it really is a bit of a mystery.
I just happened upon a YouTube video of an off-road Arizona explorer I follow in which he visits where Daniel Robinson was last seen and where his wrecked Jeep SUV was found. It was in an area I sometimes frequent myself, so I was intrigued.

Daniel was last seen here;
His wrecked Jeep was found about 4 miles south of there.
But here's where it gets weird;...it was found a month later,...AFTER a HUGE search and rescue effort by Buckeye P.D. and other agencies and volunteers who had indeed been over that ground. Hmmmm. To make a long story short - some think he is still out there, while others think his body was purposely disposed of by someone who accidentally or purposely killed him.
So, as you're cruising along on your ATV or setting up targets downrange or looking for your pooch that wandered off,...just keep an eye on the ground to see if you spot any clues.
