2021 elections in the German capital of Berlin have been ruled invalid by the city’s constitutional court on Wednesday, with Berlin now legally required to re-run the whole vote within 90 days.

agreed .. at the risk of being some type of denier .. The fact that at minimum 20% of the voting sites had trouble is enough, for me, to necessitate a run off election for governor. Its not sour grapes .. its just a fact that many people upon hearing about trouble at the location they went to may have simply chosen to not vote.

I see the point, but there were over 200 locations to vote. While I think it’s likely that many more locations had problems than what they’ve disclosed, I think people still had the opportunity to vote if they were so inclined. I don’t know that having a second election because an unknown amount of people didn’t want to wait in line is a great precedent to set.

Don’t forget Halon’s Razor. “never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.”

It sure looks like smoke, but don’t assume there is a fire. Get the facts behind the outage and root cause.

Being as Maricopa wasn't alone in the "issues". Here's a link to somewhere else they had the exact same failure to feed issue.

Don't tell me this is just a "coincidence".

Have a great, gun carryin', Kenpo day

I heard 40% of all of maricopa locations had the "issue" .. here is one guy telling what he experienced:

'These complaints go beyond pure speculation, but include first-hand witness accounts that raise concerns regarding Maricopa’s lawful compliance with Arizona election law.'

Election Fraud 2.0! O.K., So What Are You Gonna Do About It?

It is exasperating to listen to the moaning in Arizona where the Maricopa County election fraud factory did precisely the same thing in 2022 as it did in 2020 – stealing an election from a group of promising candidates. They even had their candidate skip debates the way Joe Biden did, hiding in her basement!

...Mr. Gates of the Maricopa County election department told people they could go to another place to vote, which was not true, since once you're registered at the first location, any attempt to vote at another location shows that you've already voted… even when you were unable to vote at the first place...

What? So people were sent to vote at different locations, where their votes were thrown out?

They damn well better re-do the vote, at least in Maricopa County.

Election may not be certifiable.

Kevin Moncla is a citizen activist who co-founded Election Oversight to monitor election integrity. Moncla sent an excerpt of a current Arizona election statute referencing “proceedings at the counting center” to UncoverDC. He makes the following comment about the excerpt pictured below:

“AZ law is very clear. The ballots were rendered defective when they were rejected by the scanner. Each of them tested in multiple tabulators across the county. Maricopa officials broke the law as those ballots should have been duplicated and scanned, not removed and relegated to some other process.

The Maricopa County website shows photos of officials performing logic and accuracy tests on the tabulator machines on October 11. The rules were not followed if those photos were taken that day. During the tests, the tabulator machines must have zip-ties with serial numbers over the card slots. Those cards contain all the necessary settings and parameters for the ballots on Election Day. The chain of custody is broken if the machines do not have serialized zip-tie seals. Logic and accuracy tests are performed before and after elections. Moncla, who found the photos, explains:

“The programming (Election definition) for the tabulators is on the flashcards that the seal protects from being removed. The seals are supposed to be in place before the testing. If the cards can be replaced after the testing, then there is no point in testing.” (Photos in article at link.)

Moncla has submitted a complaint in Georgia referencing other important tabulator issues he has unearthed. Fraud or not, based on some of the observations reported by poll workers the Arizona election may not be certifiable. There were multiple issues with the chain of custody, voters who were not able to vote, and procedures that were not followed as dictated by law and by the Maricopa County Election 2022 manual.

LOL, you think people were deterred from voting because they heard there was a machine issue, then imo not much of a American spirit to stay in the fight. During 60's civil rights black voters are being intimidated threatened, and yes some were killed but they went anyway.

Do you really think that enough people would have voted, and their votes would amount to another 18K for a Lake victory, 130K for Masters, or 121K for Finchem? None of these eager voters that were deterred couldn't go to early voting, they waited until voting day then when there were hiccups just decided not for them, went home and stayed.

Also, with all the issues with the tabulators (which only acknowledge the ballot at polling location), any idea why Kim Yee is up by 283K votes while Lake, Masters, & Finchem aren't?

You know what's worse than losing to someone? I can tell you losing twice in a row!

I thought people would have learned after the audits for 2020, each audit found a few more votes resulting in a greater lead for Biden! How would it feel if Hobbs gets another 3-5K to increase lead, yeah it could just stay as is, change other way, or push the pain a little deeper.

Less than 65% of registered voters voted, down about 15% from 2020, people didn't want to engage then toss in shit that Lake did telling people that came to her support rally to "get out" seem good at the time but even a few hundred people that left spread that message to a few thousand. The group of people wanted to support Lake could easily be the 17K lead for Hobbs.

Bottom line, I hope the dice are rolled and we all do it again, nothing like seeing a whining looser be shown they're a 2x looser! Added bonus RNC stated a month ago they're not funding legal actions, so Lake/Masters/Finchem & supporters will need to pony up.

Not sure who read "the AZ Law" -> here's the ARS for "16-574. Repair or substitution of machines; use of paper ballots" https://www.azleg.gov/viewdocument/?docName=https://www.azleg.gov/ars/16/00574.htm

damn crazy seems someone thought about a situation of what to do if the machines aren't working, do something crazy just have people put the paper ballot in a box similar to the drop-off boxes used by mail-in. Wait the Reps won't vote by mail, so if they have to drop the ballot in a box at polling location with watchers then they won't vote. Grown ass adults went to a polling location filled out a ballot, then decided not to drop the ballot in a locked box because they wanted to use the tabulator, so they took their ballot w/votes went home and stayed. That is some butt hurt shit, they must have been doing something similar all their lives "... do it my way, if not I'm taking {fill in with toy} home ...", now I wonder how many went home then called someone to complain.
