Yesterday, it gave us a legal shock, when a divided panel of its judges affirmed last year’s federal district-court injunction temporarily blocking enforcement of California’s confiscatory ban on so-called large-capacity magazines.

I believe ALL Courts are finally waking up and reading the hand writing on the wall. If the Ninth Circuit were to continue with their "legislation from the bench" in support of the Dem's progressive socialist agenda, Prez Trump's Supreme Court will just knock it down. No judge wants to be reversed.
