For the first time in seven years, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives has a Senate-confirmed director after Steve Dettelbach was approved on Tuesday.

Dettelbach was narrowly confirmed, receiving 48 votes supporting him and 46 votes against. Two Republicans senators made the difference, as Sens. Susan Collins, R-Maine, and Rob Portman, R-Ohio, voted in his favor.

Of course, Sinema and rocket man voted to approve this POS.

That isn't surprising, though. Was is surprising is that Collins still has a job after her many lib votes.

It isn't surprising at all. 92% of voters don't care about who they are voting past the label "republican" or "democrat."

There could literally be a Llama running as a republican - and the vast majority of people would vote for it if they seen enough signs - cause they don't do any research what-so-ever.

Watch a local news channel and watch those bullet point red meat ads rapid fire and repeat. They work evidently.

Yup cause research takes work and thinking for yourself. Social media broadcasting is all that is needed for most people to make a decision
