That's fairly common as officers pencil wipe the logs. A little harder if on camera but a 15 minute check gives you plenty of time to kill your self. Inmates are crafty boogers. I always told my officers You gotta follow every proceedure to the letter to the second or they will take advantage of you and if they really want to kill them selves or make a good go of it and you are phuked. It's tough to explain how you did your checks and the guys dead 3 or 4 hours.

Now, the difficult part will be explaining how a guy on suicide watch, real suicide watch not just checking often, who is supposed to be in a stripped special full restraint cell, video taped, naked or a paper jumpsuit with a blanket that cant be taken apart that is supposed to be physically checked for tampering every hour or the inmate is in 4 point or full restraints and naked or paper shorts or cover can kill himself.

Only the really stupid (every democrat for example) believes he actually committed suicide. It was another murder added to the ever growing pile of dead bodies the Clinton's have left in their wake.

Jail in Dem controlled New York, with heavily Dem supporting police guarding a person who could put most senior democrats behind bars? Yeah right he committed suicide. I'm sure which ever jailer that goes down for failing in his duties will be quietly and handsomely rewarded after things die down.
