Federal Court Rules Against FDA Over Anti-Ivermectin Posts

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) likely overstepped its authority when it told Americans to "stop" using ivermectin against COVID-19, a federal court ruled on Sept. 1.

"FDA can inform, but it has identified no authority allowing it to recommend consumers 'stop' taking medicine," U.S. Circuit Judge Don Willett wrote in the ruling.

Once again the stallion of scientific journalism, "Epochnews" spews some horse apples for the faithful to gobble down. I have full access to most medical journals and can provide a copy of this entire publication for anyone interested. Here is my summary:

• The reporting journalist for the Epoch Times - Marina Zhang, with her BA, not even a BS in biomedicine - puts on full display of her immature opinions and upmost stretching of the scientific relevance of the publication reviewed from the U of Giessen (Germany). Whenever you find research published beyond a "pay wall" (not public) like this, it is basically an admonition that no other serious research will reference it...

• I place far more confidence regarding the relevance and immature conclusions that Marina sold the Epoch Times in Dr. Ralf Lukner - who pretty much sums up most of my refutation of Marina's "conclusions" - you can read Dr. Lukner's (a well publiched Cardiologist and researcher) opinions here about this publication https://archive.ph/HfQls

• Basically - this in-vitro study pumped ridiculous amounts of vaccine into excised (dead) rat heart musculature - more than likely a useless endeavor to gain the publishing researcher speaking opportunities amongst propogandists and those needing excuses for their asinine scientific interpretations.

• Respectable and relevant publications about the vaccination still point to the fact that the infections being curtailed by mRNA vaccination are far worse for your heart than the vaccine.

I still wholeheartedly advocate that those who are too intellectually lazy to actually read scientific publications or seek and review the breadth of their peer interpretation (not just peer review - that just means that they have done nothing wrong with the study design or publication of results) should just keep gobbling down anti-worming medications that have long shown powerful statistical data to be irrelevant. Congratulation Epoch Times, you have once again mislead the gullible into drawing the conclusions they need to feel vindicated - so "informed" reader - be sure not to pump ridiculous doses of vaccines into dead mice...
