Prediction: She will sue the people that fired her, and win a lot of money. She will go on to be a leader in the movement, for her courage in speaking out. She will become either a professor at a university, or a Senator.
The offer was also as stated in the fundraiser as conditional. The free speech argument was only used after the initial beneficiary was accused of potentially inciting harm to others. I think this could be seen as malicious.
