A lot of issue are the sheeple thinking the zombies are coming.

They are already here.

definition,... Zombies, of the Haitian Voodoo variety, represent a loss of cognition/ consciousness and also a loss of free will.

Here in the U.S. they are known as the 'Congress'.

I sold my available ammo (SPF) significantly under “pre panic cost”. No reason to screw over our own community in times like this, we should stick together.

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind capitalism and earning an extra buck, but there is a difference between supply and demand/appropriate costs and selfish individuals “price gouging“.

Not many people share your attitude and the price gouging will continue through the end of year with this being an election year. Like many of you, I started buying about double my usual purchase each month so my family and I could shoot through the election and first part of the term IF Trump didn't get re-elected. I expected to get to July or August before the election buying started. The .22LR for the kids though is already flying off the shelves and that irritates the hell out of me. Sure, I wish I had more .223 but the .22LR being bought by all the preppers drives me nuts. It's like Newtown all over again. I now have to limit how much the kids can shoot and I hate that. Maybe this will end like Newtown as well and we'll be able to buy guns and ammo cheap from all those people who racked up credit cards to buy them and don't actually need/want them.

That is a hope, those that need to sell later. However you can never have too much ammo....so why ever sell (unless like me I’m just getting rid of specific calibers). 😄

Since there is a demand, I wonder if any ammo companies have stepped up production to meet it? Or have they sent all workers home?

I heard that the remington plant is only running a skeleton crew in midwest, primers gonna be slow comiing out, haven't heard much from any others.
hoping to find out, i'd suspect it will be slow, getting to shelves, the increase will help the years bottom line. even though buyers bottom lines will be effected,

man i'd hate to see dem credit card bills

:teasing-nutkick: Wait the dems are going to help us right? Adding the green new deal to the Senate bail out bill will be a big help.

Elk34...This is where we can agree on something ... :text-goodpost:

Well what about the dems going after the airplane companies for their carbon foot print. I think that's what Senator McConnell really was upset about

Same here. Been looking for 9MM Critical defense ammo but haven't found any locally.

If one buy's ammo when it's cheap and available then one does not have to wait in lines or hope to find it during a panic. How many runs on ammo does there have to be before the sheeple learn.

Don't hold your breath for that to happen!

The sheeple will never learn....Incremental acquisition during times of plentiful supply and fair pricing seems far too sound of a plan to follow. OMG, there's no more guns and ammo at the store-lets panic buy seems to always be the winning way of the herd mentality.

The ammo manufacturers are having issues as well. Remington in now shut down for the time beong I heard this morning . Some are running on a skeleton crew because of the Corona virus.

Exactly! Pick it up when it's cheap, stockpile if it's really cheap.
