Is Anyone Familiar With These Pulldown Powders

I was hoarding 8 pounds of H4198 for my smokeless muzzleloader loads and lost it all in a fire on Labor Day. In looking for replacement I found this on Gunbroker: https://www.gunbroker.com/item/910175811
Is anyone experienced with this pulldown? It's relatively new so I'm looking for input before I buy. If it works the price is certainly right.
