This home invasion crap needs to stop. If there is a genuine bad guy inside who needs to be arrested, wait outside. He will come out eventually, to take out the garbage, or walk the dog, or go buy cigarettes. Arrest him then.

I am all for the Rand Paul bill it is about time...

Raiding a home has to be the dumbest way to get someone. In a home a perp potentially has plenty of weapons and is familiar with his surroundings they could also have booby traps set up. There is also higher probability of innocent people getting hurt. And if they make a mistake and hit the wrong house the home owner should be held innocent of killing any of the police and of course they should be able to sue the heck out of the police too.

Like you said get them heading to the mailbox or on the street is safer. They need to put in a little more effort figuring out how to get the person in a safer way. I liked how some cops set up a (you won the lottery sting) and got them to come claim their prize...

Never forget the ATF knew they could wait for David Koresh to go into town and scoop him up there,...but they decided they needed a media boost, which is why news crews were present to film what they thought would be a cool perp walk PR stunt.

A few days ago, there was a raid on my neighbor. Interstate flight. 6 local officers, a K-9 and 2 federal marshals. The place was surrounded. Orders to come out given twice, then warned if he didn't the dog would be released. Since his wife and baby boy were inside, he came out peacefully. All over in a matter of minutes. No one tasered, no shots fired. Mobile PD could learn a lesson from the Glendale PD.

That thought just made me even more sick over what happened there. I never even thought of it that way. I like to think that one day people will answer for this kind of crap. On the other hand one of the biggest cover ups was just pulled over everyone’s eyes. Seems like Hollyweird and the Gooberment covered that one up together. Ropes need to swing with elite feet on the end. Seems like people just get more content and compliant daily while the Nazis kill and touch as they please.

Weird flex with using the dog, like was it going to come down the chimney like santa and start bitting people?

PD still doesn't know how to handle being filmed in public, taxes will increase in the city from the lawsuits...
