I can hear the negatives now, but I think I like it. Cool concept.

"Oh my God it isn't Fort Knox, someone with a hammer and prybar would get in in 2 minutes, worthless piece of shit, and it won't hold 20 AR-15s anyway! Waste of money!"

Some people are never happy!

It ain't perfect, but it's a hell of a lot better than just the center console!

I got one a while back for my 4Runner.
Went with the standard barrel key, otherwise would have to fish around for reading glasses to to read the combo.

Wife like being able to stash her stuff when needed.

Wish the inner sides had some minimaist lining.
Install was two bolts out, new ones in. No jiggery pokery or lining bolt holes up. It just fit.

Was it an easy install and does it feel pretty sturdy? This would be a great addition to the vehicles.

It was ridiculously easy. For my car, I removed two bolts, dropped this in, and used the new bolts that came with it. Took 5 minutes including reading and setting the combo.

i am not sure i like it. i always keep mine in my shoulder holster.

Including at the Post Office, schools, courthouses, etc.? There's never a time when you need to leave it in your car?

A couple of times, I've shown up to events and they're using metal detectors. If I want to go in, I've got to lock my blaster up.
