Hydration pack w/Molle?

Does anybody make a hydration pack that can attach to the back of a plate carrier via MOLLE?

Or asked another way, what's the best way to carry water when you are wearing plates?

I use Source hydration on my plates that I wear daily. Camelback also makes one that I see the guys wearing.

When i use plates I generally keep a saucer and glass nearby I'm not much for mole though... just not my kinda sauce
