This is a man worth admiration and respect. Damned shame he lives in the state of Bloomberg.

He will probably be arrested (and sued) for interfering with the constitutional rights of people to shoot his children.

I was reading that story too.
There must be more to the story.
If not, hopefully the companies will be put in such a bad light, that they will offer his job back.
But then at that point, after what transpired, would you want to work for a company like that?
I wouldn't

The question would be:
Did he "lose" his job(s) because they let him go? Or was it the fact that he cannot work due to injury and was portrayed as a victim. Not of a crime but the establishment to garner sympathy and greater funds?
To be clear: No question, this man is a hero for protecting his children. The company(ies) employing him should be proud to call him one of theirs...

It seems a little odd to me that he would lose both of his jobs immediately due to his injury. There has to be something else that is missing from this story that could add additional context to then make sense why he lost both of his jobs.

Mans a hero, a father not a sperm donor so he was already one up on many.

The company's deserve to be named if all that's reported is true. This happens monday how would they fire him by friday, especially in New York land of the hero unions.

Maybe he will move to a state where he doesn't have to cover his kids and pray God make me a stone cause as is only means of self defense.

like just about every piece of news that comes on social side of the world lacks content to explain issues, mostly fluff crap, and never the real truth,
of course just my opinion , and judging someone or something via lack of info, is well.............

Maybe I am jaded but it looked like a hit job. He was the intended target.

Great big thumbs up that he tried to protect his kids but ... If my gut is right then as an employer I don't need a guy on the job that attracts bullets.
