Anyone have one of these? Any first hand info regarding this rifle? Looking at it vs. their lever in the same caliber.

Had the older version with plain round barrel in .22LR. Regret letting that one go.
Suffice to say, I would highly recommend it over the lever as long as you like the concept.
There's an knurled action release up alongside the trigger guard as with a typical pump shotgun.
That's all you need. Faster then their levers, IMHO. I've written them a few times over the years to prompt them to make it in .357.

I am not a big Henry fan , but I am a fan of the 22 pumps.
The old ones.
I have a bunch of them. They are my 22 of choice.
22 levers are right up there also.
Of all the guns I have , I enjoy shooting 22's more than any other.

For what its worth,,,,,, Based on checking out at gun store ,not owning and using.
Maybe they smooth up in time but the ones I have held and cycled felt chunky and operation felt clunky. Not smooth and buttery like other 22 pumps.
MUCH prefer the lever.

Can't argue with the fact that PUMPS are fastest cycling and probably the quickest to get back on target, for a manually cycled type rifle action,... ever. When both hands don't have to leave position, to have the rifle cycle/shoot,... there just can't be anything quicker, imo!
Why all the wonderful, old time, pump rifles in heavy hunting calibers, ever went out of favor,.... is beyond me!
I have a Remmy 223/5.56 pump that I tricked out to my liking when I first got it, but, it takes AR mags,... kind'a takes away the sleek, light weight, fast targeting feature of a tube fed pump rifle,... for me,... and because of that it just sits in my safe.
I guess, since semi-auto's have become so reliable, and accurate, over the past few decades,... lever's and pump's just aren't tactical enough for the modern generations!!
