This is the Serbian "Black Lance" 20mm suppressed anti-materiel rifle. The suppressor is also a gas piston/gas trap apparatus to cycle the weapon. Just released last year, apparently a few were sold to Ukraine, but deliveries ceased, since Serbia has chosen to align with Russia.

In the last few seconds of this video, you see one Ukrainian dude who decided to embrace the whole Nazi label thing and outfit himself not only with a Sturmgewer44, but an entire WW2 German eastern front uniform. Probably just for psychological effect on the Russians.
