Wasn’t there something about when ATF yanked his license, when he refused to surrender his post samples? I remember ATF had gone to a few shops he had done business with looking for info on his whereabouts. He had a marking variance with us for a while, I remember being contacted with tracing requests when the “theft” happened and when he eventually flamed out.
