So with the douche activating 200 national guard to contact trace start turning your phone off when leaving the house. I will carry mine off inside a ammo box in case of a breakdown but I will not allow them to track me anymore. This will become a permanent thing once this plandemic thing is over with. Going out to eat? Pay cash. Going shopping take cash. I have my pager with me and it works world wide. Also until this is over stop updating your social media with your life travels. Beat them at their own game and give them no information to trace. What sucks is if you were somewhere there was a so called infected person they can try to force you to test and if you dont they will force you to stay home for two weeks or longer. Beat them at their own game by not giving them data to trace.

Which most do now days even if you dont have nav as it's used for "data recorders".

All have some sort of data recorders if they are 2000s plus cars. Newer ones even have wifi to report to the manufacturer or apps and some have cell data reporters that constantly search out connections.

We have done it to our selves.

RFID, cell phones etc. Its pretty hard to go untracked anymore.

Oh, take the battery out of you phone and store in some sort of faraday cage as there is some evidence google even passively tracks phones that are simply in certain modes and even off. While I'm not a tin foil type of guy, they have been caught lying about this time and time again.

It doesn't. The ones I own that do have them have had them disabled. If you have a engineer or 5 working for you there is little you can't work around.

You can turn the gps tracking on you phone off. No need to power down your device.

I don't own a vehicle with satellite taking.

One of my dailies..

Except google has already been caught tracking your phone in spite of turning those off. Their data mining knows no bounds.

They track thru cell location info. They track thru every "handshake" your phone makes thru bluetooth or wifi weather you connect or not. They track thru any of a gazillion apps you use.

They have been caught data mining and tracking like this regardless of your preferences..

They are pervasive and is why they need to be broken up and regulated as they are so big they control access....well you get the idea.

Care to explain more abut contract trace?

I may have had a couple beers in me one night and started fiddling around on the serviceAZ site. I was surprised it was available. Had to have it after that..

Oh god at least Im not the only one who does this. I forgot I ordered “DRTYPIG” and then it came in the mail. I stood there looking at it and was like “This seemed like a good idea at the time Im sure”. The plate now adorns my 2500HD.

buy a samsung galaxy cover pro or similar-
these have removable batteries-
if u turn off your phone its still being tracked
most phones dont have removable batteries-

If you financed your vehicle, then it may have a GPS tracking device installed by the dealer.

https://youtu.be/w0ZvYLJpmeg

on your iphone ---go to settings- privacy- Analytics and improvements-analytics data
these are the files your phone gave away (sold) to mega data collection companies- read your agreement before clicking ok- just like arguing with the wife- we ignore it and click agree😀
every time your phone updates- it will snapshot your files and store them on a massive hard drive in a dark warehouse sonewhere- compile movement and social data- into patterns and make a profit- all legal-
i failed to update my S5E for years until it just died- update scans failed and i got emails etc telling me so- buy a samsung with removable battery- keep it out until u are ready to use it.
privacy is not a right anymore-

Different, but similar situation.

I was a technician with Honda and Acura for around 12 years. One day I had a car come in that was still very new and under warranty. The stated issue was that the factory alarm wouldn't "set". No "beep, beep".

After hours and hours of digging, I found that the clowns at a different dealer had sold them a LoJack system in the "new car package BS". The cooperatives in this had tapped into the trunk latch wiring to power their box. This draw told the body control module that the trunk wasn't closed. Thus, not allowing the security system to set.

The locale rep for LoJack came out to see the install as they were getting handed a bill for a couple thousand bucks worth of my time. Not likely that happened in that location again.

You didn't answer what dealership that was. Would be nice to know what dealership to avoid. Just saying.
