Or if you only shoot a few thousand a year you can use one of these.

I reload 9MM and .45 ACP and .380 ACP that have been fired from a glock on an almost weekly basis.

I don't do anything special at all to them, just run them through a Lee sizing/decapping die like I do with all other cases and load 'em up.

Never had a problem and I pick up range brass like you wouldn't believe. I even have the R.O.'s shoving other peoples empties down to me.

I run all my 40 range pickups thru a Lee bulge Buster die. My XD has a supported chamber so I only have to do it once.

Done it plenty of times. Just pass it through the sizer and off to the races. I even shoot predominantly lead through it.just pass a brush a few times per few hundred rounds.

Me too....I shoot all range brass and load LOT'S of 9mm. Lee "U" die about $25.00. There are other inexpensive options to resize 9mm .. See video of the Bulge Buster setup that uses the Lee 9x18 seating die

Neither my G19 or my wife's G26- both Gen. 4's- bulge the brass, and I don't pick up other people's discarded brass.

Ive been using Magma Engineering's Casemaster Jr. for years in order to reload 9mm shot from an open-bolt SMG. Brass shot from an open bolt will fail resizing/case gage about 1/15. The Casemaster Jr. allows me to reload ballooned brass up to 3 times - they start failing after 5 loads. Going to get the kit to reload my .308 out of the 1919 - headspacing creates a ballooning effect with this brass as well.

A small base .308 sizing die works miracles on 1919 shot brass.

I've reloaded many rounds of it some myth that it is no good? If you want to see case bulge try a open bolt with fast powder like tight group.

Best thing for rifle brass is roll sizing. There are a few different ones out there. It is mostly commercial reloaders using these machines but there are price ranges for most shooters available.

I forgot have been using this for ever. Lee Carbide Factory crimp die this will resize the completed case and eliminate your issues.

Even a standard Lee sizing die will do that, whereas Dillon sizing dies don't. That's because they've got a design "feature" that other manufacturers don't use. They radiused the mouth of the sizing die enough that it doesn't size all the way down to the bottom of the case to give you better indexing. This means that if you don't open the die up, you may have to move the case/shellplate with your finger to get it to line up right from time to time.

In addition to not eliminating the Glock bulge, they can also give you a finished round that will occasionally fail to chamber in a match chamber. Three different members of my weekly shooting group have had this problem with Dillon Sizing dies. They all went to a Lee Sizing die to fix the problem.

Sizing/Depriming Die
The primary feature of Dillon's size die design the long, tapered carbide ring with a radiused opening, remains unchanged.

The radiused opening, and its importance to progressive reloading, is one of the reasons why our seat and crimp dies are better. We found a way of manufacturing these dies that has enabled us to make the lead-in radius even bigger! The bigger radius makes progressive loading with our equipment even smoother but that's still only a part of the story.
