I think it is as fast as you can pull the trigger. There are a lot of different ones for different purposes. I tried one and it was really fast and smooth with a lighter. If you want fast I believe you want the first one. Super Semi Automatic Enhanced. I want one, I don't know which one to pick.
I have one of the GRF triggers. Originally bought it for my 9mm but the hammer wouldn't reset so I ended up putting it in my 15-22 and pretty much just use it as a toy to mag dump at the range. It's pretty easy to bumpfire a mag with the gun shouldered and using forward pressure on a foregrip.
It has a much more forceful reset than other Geissele triggers. You can feel forward pressure on your finger that helps to reset the trigger faster. I think that's probably what makes it a GRF.
How big is your wallet and how deep is your ammo stash?
Have a couple of SSA-E triggers, love them, have the Brownell’s branded copy made by Geissele, love it to. It’s a lot like the ssa-e but with a very short reset.
