That is different, counties secede from state A. to become part of state B. Land and property tax etc. etc. strong headwinds ahead for that one.

We should put an issue on the ballot mandating masks everywhere, no matter if you've been vaccinated or not. Can't have those vaccinated passing it on to those who aren't you know. Should be mandatory to check their vaccination status at the door, or, even in their parking lots.
