I tried to post and received the following error message. I ended up with duplicate posts so I edited the dup to include the error message

I've been getting it too when I click submit. I've been hitting the backup arrow and just hoping the post takes so I don't double post.

We are aware of the issue and trying to fix it.
Post as you normally would (one time only), click out of the thread then back in and you’ll see your post or thread.
It’ll save on a bunch of double taps.
