Yes, I seen/known a few who didn't have the
appropriate mindset/discipline to carry/wield
a gun properly, and (these days) there's A LOT
more "pissed off" people around, so we're going
to see an increase in people "going off" with a
weapon, in public, when they shouldn't be.
