Dear Neal,
Yes flipping the barrel will show an extreme increase in your accuracy, this has always been a tried and true remedy for guns that constantly shoot to the left.

It's even more simple... Just close your left eye...
 
Check the rifling inside your barrel. In some barrels, the grooves go clockwise; some go counter-clockwise. Be sure you are not shooting clockwise ammunition in a counter-clockwise barrel, or vice-versa.

One must also take into account whether you are shooting in the Northern or Southern hemisphere & how far from the equator you are, i.e. the Coriolis Effect... https://www.nationalgeographic.org/encyclopedia/coriolis-effect/

Military snipers sometimes have to consider the Coriolis effect. Although the trajectory of bullets is too short to be greatly impacted by Earth’s rotation, sniper targeting is so precise that a deflection of several centimeters could injure innocent people or damage civilian infrastructure.
