Define the difference between a "Hoarder" and a "prepper".

Personally, I see it as someone who had seen 4 previous ammo/component shortages and stocked up accordingly, as opposed to someone who had seen the 4 previous shortages and said "nah, it won't happen again."

I think the difference is a guy who just buys stuff, vs. a guy who gets up out of the recliner now and then, and actually practices with the stuff he has bought, and gets a little exercise now and then.
