Federal red flag law for military?

Got an email from AZCDL about HB6395, which apparently includes something about a red flag law for military personnel. Supposedly it has veto proof support. The email includes a link to send an email via GOA to the appropriate powers that be. Tried the link and all I get is hours of a delay with the message "There are a lot of people taking action on this campaign — we'll be with you in just a moment..."
