6 months ago, almost to the day, a federal judge smote the California approved handgun list. Now one has smote the magazine ban.

You know what is really annoying about this? The SAME judge smote it before. It went up the CA bs train of appeals and up to the supreme court. SCOTUS bumped it back down to the state level to be re-reviewed under Bruen rules. This has largely been a waste of time and would have been solved sooner if SCOTUS just sided with the Benitez decision in the first place.

The fix is in by the crooked 9th Circus Court of Appeals. This isn't unexpected. Most people have no idea how corrupt the courts are. The judges can make up their own rules as they go along. Who is going to stop them? They will play their asinine little legal games as long as it suits them.
