This happened similarly in federal court in Kansas 6 months ago. The split amongst Circuits driving this to the Supreme Court is building.

Forcing a review of this is good. As much as I'm happy with a lot of what SCOTUS has said in this space, I'm not optimistic that they are going to overturn that ban... but man... it would be fun if they do...
