I keep hearing about sets of documents. These sets are the registered publications custodians records of what they got and who has which? Maybe one of a set? I had high level crypto clearance and we would spend an hour or more looking for a missing keycard the security wonks were in a frenzy over, always showed up in place within the facility. You could not leave until found, and we had great bars and babes just 5 miles away in Ologapo City, not till the count was right though. They were rabid about these, turns out a Warrant Officer Walker and his family was funneling every fkin one of them during nam to the ruskies. Only thing of today rules I have no idea but their fanaticism over what is now called SCI is extreme. Only a couple of techs had the higher levels within Top Secret Clearance and they were getting polygraphed frequently. Govt is just nuts about classifieds wait tillthey get their arms around Snowden once the ruskies tire of his usefullness. To our credit though he has not been dismembered and just missing.
