Does I.C. Road in Prescott still allow shooting?

its been years since I've been up there. I know you can still camp out there but it's been years and I'm sure stuff has been built up. Anyone know off hand of you're allowed to still shoot?

Pmd a couple guys, thanks. Intentionally vague because if you know you know. People are bastards and ruin shooting areas for the rest of us that take out more than we bring.
