Let's ignore the abortion aspect of this story except to say these were protesters, peaceful I might add. The dr was an abortion dr. Leave that part alone.

No need to go down that rabbit hole.

The issue is Agg Assault and different treatment for different people.

While exiting his place of business a Dr pulls a gun and points it at a protester. The next week the doc shows up and protesters call the police saying the guy who pointed a gun at them was here so come get him. Oh ya we have the whole thing on video.

The cop decides not to arrest and has the balls to say the object couldnt be identified as a gun and the doc swears he never brings a gun to work.. Phucking coward. About 10 other cops look at the pic and says that's a gun with one adding even if it wasnt he clearly wants you to think it is so its agg assault.

After a shit storm from the public they finally arrest the doc. Oh, the doc and the protesters are familiar with each other and never had any aggressive confrontation so the doc cant say he was scared and the video clearly shows that.

Yep, that's aggravated assault.
Maybe the cop is a coward, or maybe not. On a phone-size screen, without the slowdown, it probably would be hard to identify the gun. I wasn't sure it was a gun on first viewing. It was only on second viewing, with the speed slowed, that I could identify the gun, and that was on a laptop screen.

Later in the video the guy took his cell phone to about 10 cops. They all immediately saw the gun.

The frustration is there would have been no arrest without the shitstorm from the public.
