I have one and if buying from a private party that I didn't know I would show them my DL or CCW. I've done simple bills of sales a few times which included the last 4 digits of my DL. Generally people on this forum don't ask, those bills of sale were to people on this forum and I have no problem with that.

I've only been an AZ resident for a couple months and have been in and out of the state during that time, with more pressing matters on my mind then a CWP. I already bought my first weapon in AZ from a private party and I didn't need to show him anything but the money to complete the transaction.

I got one when they first started issuing them, had one ever since. If I remember correctly the instructor was either Dave Vaughn or Dan Furbee. That was when I was shooting Tuesday night steel every week. Long time ago....

I just got mine renewed last November. And I obtained my CCW as soon as I was legally able to and have renewed ever since. Why not?

Agreed, I like to see it, but not a deal breaker if you're not sketchy. I always need an AZ I'd flashed my way, but I'm not interested in collecting info from either document, just keeping square with the law.

Mine expired in April and I received my new one recently. I just use it for ease of purchases. I've only flashed it once or twice during a private purchase.
