Desert areas to shoot near Oro Valley

I know of one area called "Red Rock" but haven't been yet. I also understand about the restrictions for fire related issues. Is there any areas our members can recommend or suggest?. I prefer areas that wouldn't have a clientele that would look like they were going to rob you ......... Thanks!
