Listen to what baja posted (Mike Broomfield show) if you are undecided
I hate McSally as well, can't stand her. The problem is that there is no place for a new candidate to be heard. Maybe someday we will figure it out and have equal money from the party to the candidates. Maybe someday there will be forums on tv where they all get a equal amount of time and not based on where they are in the polls. Maybe then we don't end up with McSame every time.

I suggested that equal money thing on a different forum a couple years ago (Collect all money and divide it equally among every qualified candidate) and got called a socialist.

You just can't win trying to make things fair and equal. I would rather go withe equal money divided than the current system of he who spends the most wins.

...vote for the candidate you see and hear about the most on media

It shouldn't be that way honestly, but what should be and what is don't always match up.

Actually Demand Daniel did pretty good for a newbe with no legislative experience, he got 22% of the vote. I guess the $5k he invested in street corner signs paid for them selves. He really should run for a state house position, get a couple of elections under his belt, and then think about challenging a incumbent at the Federal Senate level.

Ostrich syndrome, vote for the candidate you see and hear about the most on media

Seriously? This dude was freakin non existent until I read about him in the thread. He needs to get his shate together and start a he!! of a lot earlier for next election.

BTW, I have ZERO social median but I watch a heck of a lot of news on TV and the net. still nothing fro0m this dude.

I found it funny that he somehow got his tagline included with his name on the ballot. "Demand Daniel" Never seen that before.

Like storge_man wrote, 22% ain't bad.
This election is for the remaining 2 years in mccain's term. McCarthy should use the time to get his message out and his name known. Maybe he will do better after 2 lackluster years from mcsally.

This.
Definitely.
McSally can/should be able to not screw things up and hold the line (if she beats Kelly, which I hope she can do) and we can get some new blood in there to move forward in a couple years...

And Daniel was soundly spanked.

I think he did pretty well for someone with no tv ads at all. If he had McSilly money backing him he might have gone somewhere. Maybe he can run for governor.

If he would have gotten out there WAY earlier he might have got McSilly money. Maybe that's his plan then who knows, get a little recognition now and challenge Krystal Enima when her turn is up. :eusa-think: Things that make you go hmmmm

It's great all the McSally fans are happy she won.

You guys did it again, now we have a RINO McCainite candidate AGAIN instead of a strong conservative.

You must be real proud of yourselves.

You can do more with honey than you can with vinegar.

In fact, I have yet to find one internet squabble where going on the attack has changed any opinions of those being targeted.

Whoa whoa whoa...reasonable discourse on the internet!? Who is this person!? MODS HALP!
