For those who knew Daniel, or have had the blessing of owning a "GlockMonger" creation, bow your heads for a moment today.

Daniel died last night, details were not available other than he did not suck start a SAIGA.

I knew him for a loooooooooong time, and as much of a grumpy d!ckhead as he was, I will miss him.

Man, oh man. This is just terrible.

He was one of a kind. Grouchy at times, yes, but still a helluva good guy.

Wow!!! No way! he couldn't have been 50 yet. Hung out with Daniel and he was one hysterically funny dude. Swear he had me choking I was laughing so hard. Scored some nice looking girls too. Thats to bad! I enjoyed his company even if he was a sick man!

and I dont know to many people fire off a shorty shotgun one handed. Damn gun almost tattooed my forehead

he was 46.

and let's not forget his never-ending contributions of "Nunnery" on the old board...I can't go to mass anymore because of his Nun collection.

I own this one, as well as a couple AOW's that he built for me.

Real bummer .. my wife loved him! Thought he was funny as hell too and his girl at the time was a sweetheart. Last time I heard from him he picked up a little holster I did for him .. we bullshit about what his plans were since he was getting out of guns and never saw him again. I assumed he moved out of state.

Man that sucks, only 46? Shit man way to early! He was quite the character for sure and it was always a couple hours of shooting the shit with you when you would stop by his place. Could never get out of there in 10mins! He could be one grumpy SOB

I had him build an AOW for me back when azex was still around. Top notch and still one of my favorite guns to shoot. I tried getting a hold of him after to get some other work done a few years back but seemed his disappeared, never did know what happened to him.

Loss of a legend. Always hoped he’d get back to the game and bless us with more pics of his creations. Rip glockmonger.

Daniel was one of a kind, his personality did not fit his skill set, spend hours dealing and working deals with Daniel, sometimes i wanted to choke the daylight out of him, stubborn as hell, then the odd sense of humor would make it all go away. So long G, catch ya on the other side, and yes, i have a gaggle of his art pieces, much like i do of John Hobbs items

damn- i just drive by his place on 7th n thought about stopping by- i have a few of his creations-
good dude

Daniel was a good dude. I have been without a good gunsmith since he quit working on guns. He will be missed

He's already been missed since he left the scene. Even more so now with the passing. Great man.

So sorry to hear this. I never knew him real well, but did about 4 or 5 deals with him, and always enjoyed the encounter. We got along well...he was kinda grumpy, but in a way that I could handle. Never got to go shooting with him. When I saw the thread title, I thought "I wonder who that is...couldn't be Glockmonger. He wasn't that old, and the only health problems that he had (of which I was aware) was his hands, or wrists, or arms...or something like that." Hard to believe that it's him. That sucks.

Rest in Peace, dude. Watch out for those nuns.
