Shooters Element (also a local) makes a nice trigger as well.

I have an HBI charging handle I'm no longer using and may part with if I can find it.

I was looking at those but they are $$. I want to see how much of a difference changing the spring, trigger shoe and giving it a little bit of a polish makes. If it can get down to around a 5lb pull it'll work for me. Don't need a match trigger on a PCC IMO.
