Back the blue boys, back the blue, right? :? If these cops would quit doing shit like this, maybe, just maybe, they could get their respect back. Even being on camera is not a deterrent for them to lie, boldy, about events happening.

Sadly, this is becoming normal, and they just expect us to accept it.

Not all, I've known, and know, some wonderful people who wear the badge responsibly and give cops a good name. It's the bad ones being protected by other cops and municipalities that are killing dogs and people with immunity. Clearly, the city won't take responsibility for the actions of their officers.

We should get a ballot proposition to make police, or, anyone with police powers, get malpractice insurance and get rid of "qualified immunity" (SCOTUS case Pierson v. Ray (1967) ) as it is only SCOTUS precedence that give it to them.

Personally, I'd like to see him have his family whipped in front of him for his acts. He's done worse things, you can tell by the "ho hum" demeanor he took shooting that dog.

A federal lawsuit has been filed on behalf of the owner of a blind and deaf dog that was repeatedly shot by a Missouri police officer after it became lost in someone’s yard earlier this month.

The complaint, filed on behalf of dog owner Nicholas Hunter on Tuesday against the city of Sturgeon and police officer Myron Woodson, seeks more than $1 million in damages, the Animal League Defense Fund announced Wednesday.
