This blank-firing Uzi look-alike has been used in movies all over Central and South America as well as Europe and wherever owning real guns is a problem for movie productions.
They are available here too, though maybe not for much longer now that this video is out. Apparently some Turk figured out how to convert them into live .32ACP buzzguns.
