Well I’m starting to look at properties in Cochise County and found I’ll need to create a list of contacts for my due diligence period. I’m looking for honest/hard working companies that deserve business. I could start “cold calling” but who knows who you will get.
Specifically I need the following:
Surveyor
Someone who can do soil testing (for septic and any other concerns)
Company to drill a well
Contacts with the local utilities (power, phone/internet, propane)
Also any contact with the county to help with research on all the things I need from them...(flood zone maps, environmental issues, zoning, etc). I plan to go by the county planning/zoning office my next trip down there...but if anybody knows who is best to contact that would be awesome.
PM would be great.
