Lots of sonic booms when I lived in New Mexico. They would fly really fast in the basin my town was in.

Having access to reloading components as a kid, I was light years ahead of this lad when I was his age. I mean, we were making REAL shrapnel-shedding IEDs in high school. I mean who didn't put the agricultural bird bombs in a beer bottle for an improvised grenade? Who didn't make their first pipe bomb before they could vote?
