The sheriff of Cook County Illinois says there are over 80,000 people who should have surrendered their guns and have not, so he wants 10 million dollars in funding so he can send door-kickers to those homes and start trying to get themselves killed. He describes the current situation as, and has named his report "A Firearm Regulation Crisis".
