CCW class in Prescott?

My friend has just moved to Prescott and wants to get a CCW. He is a very experienced shooter and doesn't need a hands-on course. Anyone recommend a cheap short class in Prescott?

Hi, I am that guy. From what I have learnd from AZ / dont need a class. Just need paperwork AND a finger Print card /// thats the issue, where to get a fingerprint card done?!
