Hopefully the rains are gone and we can just enjoy a nice match! There has been some wind damage to Bay D (again!") and I'm not sure if the lights (the new ones, of course...) survived. We will just have to muddle through and tough it out!
Some of you have gotten them ol' scatter guns out for dove season but the rest of us need to clean the dust bunnies out of the choke tubes! So, that said, we'll set some steel up just for shotguns, including the long range rifle targets ifn' ya'll want to try some slugs.
I've heard some discourse on slings lately. some people say no slings, others say a rifle/shotgun with out one is like a handgun without a holster. Discourse and demonstrations, please!
Usual plate rack and long range targets, grill again manned by Glenn, eatin' around 1730, shootin' as soon after. Shoot until 2200, clean up and relax! Hope to see you there!
