Could be. IN STOCK when you see the ad then BACK ORDERED when you purchase. Well, that sucks.

I got in on an early order. Then learned my order was canceled when I inquired, they said they sent out an email when it was on backorder for 10 days to verify I still wanted it. I never got the email and it wasn't in spam or deleted items.
