Canyon Lake question

Hey all,

I would like to take my new pups to canyon lake next week to introduce them to the water there and have a little picnic during the day. Not going on a boat or anything.

I read that the America the Beautiful pass works for the Tonto national Forest, which apparently is what canyon lake is a part of.

So my question is, has anyone used the America the beautiful pass over there with no issues?

Or should I buy a day pass with just in case?

Yes you will be fine with your America the Beautiful annual pass. Just place it on your dash so that it can bee seen through the windshield.
