If you don't know what water contamination does to a diesel's injectors and fuel system, just ask a diesel mechanic for the breakdown. Because that's what happens,...breakdowns. It won't ruin the motor, but pulling and replacing injectors is just as big and expensive a job as rebuilding the motor,...so that's a distinction without much of a difference. Replacing all the injectors on my 2006 Chevy Duramax would run about $4000-$6000, depending on the shop I took it to. On a Kenworth or Peterbuilt? Easily double or triple that cost.

American truckers are thinking about superbowl and state of the union address, see what response that will be. You can block biden address but superbowl is $$$$$$$$ they will defend, we shall see.

If they diluted it that much it wouldn't run long enough to cause any damage. The WIF light would come on, MIL set, then die.

Yeah, they overplayed their hand by doing that. Apparently the truckers spotted something was wrong before they ever even hefted the jerry cans to try to pour it. Just the way is sloshed in the cans was weird and told them something was up. They tested the fuel before pouring it in a single tank and found it was all contaminated.

The water was likely starting to freeze in the bottom of the jug. If the left them on the ground long enough, the water would freeze out, and it would probably be OK to use...LOL
