BT-99 vs. BT-100

I'm looking for a dedicated trap gun, and think I have settled on one of these two Browning models. If I end up with a BT-99, it will be a first generation gun. Not sure the current manufacturing is as good as the older models.

Is one better than the other? If so, why?
