Considering the long term effects like heart problems, clotting issues, miscarriages, and lack of immunity to what it’s supposed to protect you from that are being whitewashed, I’d say it’s happening, just being covered up.
The studies are out there if you care to look at something other than main stream media and government spokesmen.
You want a real benchmark, look at who’s exempt from mandatory vaccination.

Most of the ATC staff that run Florida airspace just walked off the job in a mass sick-out to protest the mandates. No flights in or out of Florida at this time.
